Blacks do over 50% of the crime in America despite being only 14% of the population

Doesn’t prove your point about why bikes are stolen. Seems statistically as likely that a white person might be responsible for a bike being stolen as any other group. So, I’ll lock my bike up in America regardless of the neighborhood demographics.

The entire point is that Diversity leads to high and unwanted crime numbers .

Japan is a great place because it’s homogeneous
