What is the show about #100pushups?
It’s a Korean tv show where 100 people compete in physical challenges - usually something really tough. The contestants are a mix of professional athletes, body builders, cross fitters, etc…
It’s all dramatized and a bit over the top, but a bit fun to watch. I hope they make a western version some day.
The Japanese did it before and better 😜

Well, if I recall, many nations have similar shows but usually with random people. Here, mostly everyone is a pro at something or is famous or somehow tough.
k i looked it up, Crossfit competition in Korea on netflix. ill check it. 👍 💪 🙂
