Just a reminder to read “The unsettling of America” by Wendell Berry

Mr Berry wrote this book in 1977, he correctly called how the family farm would be slowly strangled and how agriculture would morph into what it is today.

He also goes deeply into the relationship between how the soil gets treated in agriculture and how culture treats its body and mind

He also touches on the topic of how technology coupled with government incentives changed farmers from being in a symbiotic relationship with nature to “controlling” nature

Definitely worth your time
