"Personally manufactured firearms" is the preferred name. It better conveys that making your own firearm has never been wrong or illegal and neither should 3D printing them.

Yea I think "ghost guns" sounds cool as hell too.
But "ghost guns" the phrase has a connotation to people not in the know. And theres a push to illegalize them.
