Here is some humor..

Been renting out a home on behalf of a client to the same client for 5 years now.

They haven’t paid HOA fees and government taxes for the entire time (partners are fighting)

The tenant hasn’t missed a payment..

Yesterday they got a summons from the sheriff of the court but the tenant wants to renew his contract and the first thing the owner says to me is that we as the agency shouldn’t charge commission 🤣🤣

Fine - then deal with everything yourself you low life piece of shit!

So where I live the tenant only pays the rent and water and electricity.

The owner pays the taxes and HOA (it’s a fee to live in a gated community) - bullshit in my opinion.
