Value is subjective, Bitcoin can be used with relatively good privacy, and better privacy tools should be built on top of the best money. Next.

Monero has less coins in circulation than Bitcoin until 2040.

So it has more scarcity than bitcoin for the next 16 years.

But within those next 16 years plenty of people will probably lose their coins from poor key management, hardware malfunctions, theft, death, etc. (Same is true for Bitcoin).

So Monero will probably have less coins than Bitcoin up to 2045 if you account those factors.

So actually monero is more valuable.

It transmits value faster than Bitcoin does, it protects all users by default, you don't have to use a special app, or use a special protocol to protect yourself, you don't have to throw away a wallet everytime you use it (Like Satoshi recommend for Bitcoin privacy).

Bitcoin was an amazing proof of concept but better tools have come out since then.
