Are you using version 1.1.5? If you delete and reinstall you won't lose any of the above but you will lose library item status etc. downloaded, starred, marked played etc.
It started working again today, but now I switched to using Amber to sign in and Fountain is just spinning after granting permissions in Amber. Apparently, nostr:npub18ams6ewn5aj2n3wt2qawzglx9mr4nzksxhvrdc4gzrecw7n5tvjqctp424 is having the same issue.
