What's interesting is that you could aggregate many reports into a dashboard, and most reported users could appear on weekly user blocklists. Not my cup of tea but many users might like that.

Could be gamified by trolls though if the dashboard were publicly available. Imagine the 4chan troll army coming on here trying to see who gets the most reports.
That kind of stuff rarely lasts more than a day or so
