About 2 hours ago I was involved in a serious crash.
Probably because the kids were at the back I’m emotionally distorted.
We are fine, just shocked about the speed of change.
From a fantastic winter day at the beach to the most gruesome experience I had in months.

I've been in a couple wrecks, wild rollover style ones. It's a crazy experience, and the adrenaline really gets to you. Even worse when you're the one driving, as I was for one of them. I too was lucky and no one was hurt, but the "what if" can simmer in your head. Hopefully you're able to be calm and have a good night.
I’m having a wine and some deep breaths, hugging the kids every now and then.
We didn’t roll over, we were waiting at the lights and we got rammed from behind and hit the car in front of us. 🚗 🥪
