Setup wireguard or tailscale on a small pc, NUC , or raspberry pi ship it out to them, and have them plug it up on their end and you can remotely connect to open ports if needed. I think tailscale should not need port forwarding but wireguard may require it.
Also FYI I run a plex media server with 11k movies and 1200 full series comprising about 250TB of content, basically it had everything. And scripts that automatically get popular content and an automatic request system that gets whatever you want incase I don’t already have it. I charge significantly less for bitcoin $50 in btc , or $80 in fiat which includes one year of access I also have plans for up to 4 simultaneous streams.
