Maybe that's a different thing??? My dad spoke "egg" language, which was putting "egg" after the first letter of every syllable and also ending in "egg". So Santi would be Segganteggiegg.
I was taught that Santo in back slang would be antiAs. So first letter becomes the last after adding " A"
