Speed.app is available in the US. No NWC, but it has BIP-353 easily enough. That said, Phoenix is a step up, as it's non-custodial. It is a little more UI to contend with though, as well as a need to sideload the app (or use a VPN if you're on a fischer-price...err, Apple iPhone).
