I am using #albyhub and have a question regarding opening a channel. I currently have a channel open with ACINQ and Megalithic and I want to open one more. You should open up a channel with a Pleb. There’s plenty of lighting node runners here. I run a node if that interests you. #plebchain

Unfortunately the AlbyHub doesn't support this yet. The Hub doesn't have a clearnet address (last I was told).

You can open channels to provide liquidity. your friends just can't return the favour yet. Looking forward to see this being an option at one point (for hosted Alby).

I’ve got a channel with my primary node to my Alby hub node. I don’t recall if I opens via GetAlby or via my primary node. But I route all my zaps, sent or received 🤙🏻

Looks like I opened from my primary node to the Alby Hub node providing liquidity to the Alby Hub node.

The bigger the channel you open to the better routing you will have. Also a lot of people here use Olympus so, you're more likely to have less hops on a payment opening to nostr:nprofile1qqsrf5h4ya83jk8u6t9jgc76h6kalz3plp9vusjpm2ygqgalqhxgp9gpz4mhxue69uhk2er9dchxummnw3ezumrpdejqzyrhwden5te0dehhxarj9ekxzmnyqyt8wumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnwdaehgu3wvfskueq555fk2 but the optimal channel opening is anyone's best guess. The science is difficult.
