Sorry! I did want to write more information about translate.nostr.wine but never got around to it. It uses the LibreTranslate syntax so that it can be used in Damus (and any other client that supports custom libretranslate servers). After you sign up and pay, there is a screenshot with an example of how to setup the translation service in Damus.
