I cleanse twice a year. Liver and blood with aloe juice and tablets for the parasites. and if you like your meat, you definitely want to de-worm as a prophylaxis at least once a year

You can check for worms by sticking some sticky tape over your butt hole before going to bed. Allegedly .. ask Google for more insight XD
