yeah, i say everyone use UTC for schedule and sundial for time, ie, clock is 12 at zenith of sun
that is how it was about 200 years ago, more or less, though the UTC was "railway time" to make schedules sensible

That would be an improvement. But I want it to be 1200 at all locations on earth simultaneously. If the sun rises at 1900 where you live, get used to it, it makes no difference for the keeping of a schedule, except to make it easier to coordinate over long distances.
