That's true. Children won't always willfully obey their parents, and they may exercise might to keep them safe..
However, I don't think you're advocating that children should always disobey their parents.
All things being equal, children should always willfully obey their parents. Yes, there are occasions when they don't.
The original question was about what should be, and all things being equal all transactions between people should be voluntary.
