Your putting data on someone else's server and then requesting they delete it and you're butthurt when they don't? What, do you want the cops to go to their data center and make them delete it? Even if you personally only used relays that respected it, if others broadcast your note to their relays, your delete wouldn't even make it. How could what your saying even work technically? It's a feature, not a bug.
