KYC is required. Paying a fixed 0.79% fee without KYC would be paradise.
For non-KYC buys, there's typically a significant premium. Personally, I maintain both KYC and non-KYC stacks.
For No-KYC I can recommend PeachBitcoin an easy and lightweight app there are often offers with around 5-6% premium
