This is bad according to my other half as they encourage aphids who fuck it up.

I keep hoping some natural predators turn up as I don’t really vibe with being an ant killer… need more labybirds.

same here! I didn't try it but someone said menthol crystals help because of the really strong smell next to other methods like cinnamon that doesn't really work because the smell is not so strong

I wonder how you can attract especially ladybugs to your garden

I know you can buy lady bugs online, we bought a pack a couple of years back but they didn’t seem to stick around… maybe time to get some again. They sell the larvae in little packs.

Been trying… we have very healthy snail, and and aphid populations!

Umbellifer flowers attract your beneficial insects parasitic wasps, lacewings the most and ladybirds too. All of them will help control aphids

Lots to choose from you can even allow a few carrots and parsnips to go to seed. I usually grow fennel for this even though I hardly ever eat it.
