I'm interested and kinda terrified of the day when I'll have my own personal LLM built from my history of communication - and I could ask myself anything I want and learn what I would say.

Did you know that our brains shrink when we age? Depending on which article you believe some say the average human brain shrinks as much as 20% by 80 years old. Many of my older relatives complain about cognitive decline as a normal part of aging.
I find it comforting to think I could build a LLM and refer back to myself for advice.
