So yeah, I've been filling holes, gaps, and welds that aren't positioned correctly by the robot programmers. Hundreds of them. I just shake my head and keep my hands busy. It's honestly pretty pleasant work. I'm very good at aluminum TIG. It is easy to get into a really good flow state and I can listen to music and podcasts and no one bothers me at all. 😁 I get to stack dimes in the fiat mines so I can convert more fiat into BTC for my future!

Nice looking repair! It’s interesting the weld pulled to one side of the joint and sucked into the root gap. Path really favored that side of the joint in that short length. How was the original fit-up/fixturing within the robot cell? Issues with the seam tracking? Never works too good on aluminum. Keep crushing it 🀘
