Asking the meme master himself, how do you post a self made meme without the link showing up?

What is the way?

You have to have a direct link to the .gif image. I’ve tried with imgflip gifs before but they make it hard to find the direct link. You have to take the link they give you and reformat it.

The link they give you (with added spaces so it doesn’t render). This one results in it showing the link/frame:

The reformatted direct gif link that they hide (with extra spaces so it doesn’t render):

https:// i.imgflip. com/ 7gxok1.gif

And here’s that reformatted link if I paste it. It should display just the gif with no frame or link:

Imgflip you get 1 shot to grab the direct link of a gif… directly after you make it, long press on the gif and then select copy and there it is.

After the first time it won’t work again for some reason.
