My favorite tone of year is a tone I call holiday.

It starts with Halloween, blows through Thanksgiving, chrismahannukwanzadon, new years, my birthday, Valentine's, st Patty's, Cinco de mayo, blockbuster movie season, 4th of July, freaks and bikinis on the Venice boardwalk season, then this magical time of year ends with the worst month known to man. SEPTEMBER when nothing good happens. Go back to school kid, work every day pleb nothing to do fuck you September day. But then it starts again with Halloween!
