I'm curious, you had a note earlier that said ground beef? (I'm too lazy to go ask the question on that one 🤗) How is the texture on that, I'm trying to imagine it and keep coming up with a mealy texture 🤷‍♀️ And does it hold together well being tiny meat pieces? May be a good solution for my dad that has dentures if it's a softer jerky... TIA 🫂
