I'm curious, you had a note earlier that said ground beef? (I'm too lazy to go ask the question on that one ๐ค) How is the texture on that, I'm trying to imagine it and keep coming up with a mealy texture ๐คทโโ๏ธ And does it hold together well being tiny meat pieces? May be a good solution for my dad that has dentures if it's a softer jerky... TIA ๐ซ
