I have a friend just like this, he’s a legacy investor to the core. The kind that still thinks Warren Buffet is a sweet old value investing genius who loves an ice cold Coke.
I mean when you have a fiat mentality and know you’re getting debased, I guess you want to extract some of that value for yourself. Just reminds you how early we still are.
