I might think Ordinals and Inscriptions are mostly garbage, but I also acknowledge that trying to stop them is probably worse than simply letting them get outcompeted by financial transactions on Bitcoin.

For me personally the last week was an eye-opener. Before the high fee market I couldn't really grasp the use case for "uncle jim"-lightning wallets.
Now I'm definately going to stack up my LN Node once the shitcoiners run out of scam funds just to be able to onboard friends and family if shit hits the fan. Or as Satoshi put it: in case it catches on...
