You can't when your're editing an existing list and trying to add a new element to it.

Works now, thanks. nostr:npub1gp4xzpmluelsakjtayc4wtzj97fhj5kakqjvsannu00xkdlf4x8s0xdqyq newest version 0.12.0 now also has support for edition of mute lists and search/blocked relay lists, give it a try. Next step will add custom named sets support.
