I'm curious, what does the data look like from the operator's perspective?

Do you have telemetry about minting and redemption frequency?

And lightning has forward secrecy iiuc?

I just see a bunch of lightning transactions taking place but no idea who's making them

What about inter mint transactions? I.e. a 100 sat token is minted and then redeemed 5 minutes later. Do you know when this happened?

Yep I can see the minting and redemption, but I can't see that specific 100 sat token was redeemed, just that SOME token was
