How did you spot this? I was just in amethyst trying to figure it out.
Tons of garbage replies to bigger accounts all from fakes of other bigger accounts.
I assume it is someone trying to trick people into following those accounts to break web of trust.
In the complete UI mode there is an icon below the user's profile photo in the note. That shows the relays you got saw the note on. You can also click on the profile of the user and scroll all the way to the right and see your shared relays and number of notes downloaded.
