Large bee-fly, a parasitic bee mimic fly. It uses its mimicry of bumblebees to get access to solitary bee and wasp nests in order to deposit its eggs. After hatching the larvae feed on the grubs. #nature #photography
Interesting, didn't know they were parasitic but why else look like a bee? They're very sweet other wise
