Why did you mix Stocks with Bonds? Fuck that all. Just Gold and BTC in that case.
Land. (But only if it has a source of water)
Bitcoin.
Probably real estate. Good source of income, everyone needs a home.
Why not Bitcoin? Because it does not make sense on the long term if we hit 1BTC=1BTC mindset. It would be good for 5-7 years and then…?
