If you work in a full agile way you don’t need design tools! They are dinosaurs from a time in which the waterfall model was prominent and people believed everything can be planned.

Thats interesting. At the end of the day, if you focus on design you need some kind of design tool. But i get your point, spend less time on the inital stages of a project because you will need to change things i guess
