Hey nostr:nprofile1qqsw4v882mfjhq9u63j08kzyhqzqxqc8tgf740p4nxnk9jdv02u37ncpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9uju6mpd4czuumfw3jsz9nhwden5te0wfjkccte9ec8y6tdv9kzumn9wsq3yamnwvaz7tmsw4e8qmr9wpskwtn9wvql3tqm just an FYI, to me it looks like your profile photo is gone. You may not notice this if your client is caching the image.

I get a 404 when trying to open this image on the web. You might want to reupload it somehow else.

same for me

I thought removing the PFP was a trend. Was going to do the same. 🫂🤦🏻‍♂️

lool

Unfortunately it's true... If you don't have a PFP set, some clients display an unique image based on your npub, so it's almost impossible to make a fake of your profile... It thought that people was removing the picture with that in mind.

Thank you for the info

She uses Primal or Damus I believe. Both cache images locally or use a caching service. From her standpoint, she doesn't know it's gone.

Maybe archive.org should run a Nostr node

Yes. They could do that. Who do we ask?

Don't know anyone, but having recently watched a video about their accomplishments and recovery after the hack, I know there's Brewster Kahle. He's on twitter, DMs open.

Good to know. I deleted Twitter or I'd do it. I task you with this endeavor 😂🫂

Twitter is a dud, can't DM.

Even better. I wrote a warm email.

If this gets me nowhere, at least they will have heard of Nostr

I haven't been seeing her posts in my feed nearly ever for some reason.

Thanks for bringing this up. Just noticed mine is missing as well on void.cat. Didn't even noticed because it is cached.
