Taking a selfie is extremely hard for people with #cervicaldystonia

Taking a passport picture a times is impossible. I took a picture for my passport last in 2020 and it was a torture. My skull is completely out of centre from years of suffering from it. Also as you see due to constant neck pulling my eyes got messed up as well i have to wear prisms and often I have to mask my lenses as I have now. To try and stabilise my eyes. I have constant torticollis and head tremors...When you see my selfie online just know that it took me probably an hour just to snap my own self somehow to look normal. Ill post some pics where it may look like I have been possessed by demons 🤣

But thats life. And im just here to record my journey... I avoid social interactions IRL due to that... some of us are here because IRL things are much more harder for us... .
