Prime Strip. I credit nostr:npub1numkvddlesszrk4zmh6mjdpquz52g696xhx0vy6c09yxj77y99mqwmg49q and his #ProofofSteak posts with getting me off the ribeye and in to the strip as my go to cut.

I can’t explain perfectly why I like it better as my table steak, but I do.

What happened!?

Currently out of States, and the beef are just not good enough for steaks. I still eat over a pound of beef daily, sometimes pork and chicken, and almost no carb. But no steak 😢

You guys have any two sats on the whole cholesterol/heart disease debate? I usually buy quarter or half cows. Ive always had a lot of inflammation issues (headaches, muscle pain) and some auto immune stuff in my family. I like to eat low carb, mostly carnivore with fruit later in the day, although these days I usually heap home grown mushrooms onto my beef. I like to put any carbs off as late in the day as possible. But my cholesterol did go up quite a bit in the last couple years so I have to wonder if it’s possible that eating the way that feels the healthiest could actually be what kills you later. Or is that just fiat science? I am in good shape, muscular with low body fat and I sauna 30 minutes every day. Hard to believe it’s bad for you when carbs always feel the most inflammatory.

I don’t know shit about fuck, but I think diet is highly subjective.

The gut is like the mind. Only you can truly master and control it because only you can truly know it, because you only you can truly feel it.

What are your levels? My cholesterol has actually gone down from eating mostly carnivore
