This was my second property. I learned a lot on this project.

We bought a duplex in old east of London. If you look into the original maps of London, you can find this lot on them!

The house was clearly very old. The construction was old, the siding was asbestos and it needed some major love.

I tore the carpet out of this house myself and finished a bunch of the renovations off. Most of the project I had a contractor doing most of the work, but I was the one getting his materials for him which taught me a lot more than I expected.

We took this house from an old duplex to a four-plex and turned it into a rental and three Airbnb units. It was fun managing it!

We added 1 kitchen, two bathrooms and completely redid the upstairs bathroom as well. We added a ton of value to this place.

It'll always hold a special place in my heart. 💜
