I haven’t used start9 but I believe similar to Umbrel. Start with Bitcoin Node since it’s a prerequisite for other stuff. Let it sync 100%. I don’t know the technical reasons but you need Electrum Personal Server (electrs) on top of that. Then you can connect your wallets to it. You need vpn or Tailscale to access remotely.
