Bones broth 🍜

- all bones from freezer + heart

- slow cooking for 4hours

- add vegetables (carrots, onions, parsley), bay leaf, chicken skin

- slow cooking for another 4hours

- removing bones and cook for another 1hour

= golden strong broth is made 💪

Just finished my Thanksgiving leftover batch earlier today.

4 hrs is waaayyyy to short though IMO. I do 48 hrs. Whole different broth game

In total it was 9hours of cooking. Not perfect but I am still satisfied with the result 👌

As long as your happy with it. And Im sure its delicious too. I do highly recommend the 48 hr should time ever permit though.

We pressure cook them for four hours. Good on you though!
