The word “crypto” has been around for over 1,000 years. Al-Khalil wrote the Book of Cryptographic Messages in the 700’s. Cryptology, cryptograms, and cryptography — all nothing new.

#BITCOIN became a word in 2008. It perfected “crypto” technologies, and is the only scarce *and* decentralized currency/property in history.
