I plan on making the bacon and pouring the bourbon in it, freezing it, skimming the fat layer off and strain I ng the rest through a cheese cloth. Then I'm chopping up dates and making a 2:1 (raw sugar: water) simple syrup with it. Not sure how I'm using the balsamic yet.
And I have no idea how it tastes yet. I figure I can nail it down in three tries. Give or take ππ«‘π»
I would never imagine that, but Iβd certainly try it! Sage or thyme sprig as garnish!

Iβm just a sucker for sage and thyme. Made some blackberry and sage ice cream! Iβll have to try bacon, bourbon, blackberry, sage ice cream now! Topped with dates
