Really sad to see stories like this, #bitcoin is meant to inspire good, not that bad people don't use it and won't continue to use it, but from what I can assume from this article, it might not have been Bitcoin

Sure this guy could have lost money in a bear market, like we all have on paper, but it seems more likely that the "bitcoin investments" is some ponzi scheme that went tits up

While I'm speculating at this point, the fact that 700k bhat is goine, makes me lean towards it.

Sad to see it resulted in not only financial losses but the loss of life
