Bitcoin for real is probably the only super scalable public decentralized neutral protocol depending on its users now
Lbry is blockchain based attempt on decentralizing videos (patch with nostr comments would be awesome) but blockchains are not fit for this purpose.
What else do you need? Maybe https://free-cities.org/ ?
Ordinals + Counterparty to extend #Bitcoin. Unless you fear maxis with pitchforks
