Speaking to reporters in the Oval Office earlier today, U.S. President Donald J. Trump said he supports releasing some of the Epstein Files to the House Oversight Committee, but cautioned, “You’ve got a lot of people who could be mentioned in those files that don’t deserve to be. He knew everybody in Palm Beach. I don’t know anything about that.” Trump then repeated his claim that the Epstein Files and the “whole Epstein thing” are a “Democrat Hoax,” before shifting the conversation to Bill Clinton and Larry Summers.
