I didn't get any replies at all using inbox.nostr.wine as most clients don't support NIP-65 yet (not DM relay lists).

Had to add in filter.nostr.wine fory DMs to work properly.

I would add it to the general relays section. I that way no one sends DMs to filter.nostr.wine. The general section also queries for your DMs in those other relays.

I have filter.nostr.wine/npubblahblah?broadcast=true for that one. is that the right format?

No idea, but if it is place on the General Section it should work.

You can drop the path and broadcast=true as they are no longer needed. wss://filter.nostr.wine will work.
