I’m proposing to my local Bitcoin meetup that we get booths at local farmers markets.
1. Trojan horse as bitcoin merch and crafts sales
2. Give out free cookies to people but have to use Wallet of Satoshi app and transact. (We would send them the sats)
3. Talk to customers about bitcoin
4. Talk to vendors about accepting bitcoin.
5. Promote our local meetup.
What am I missing? Any experienced plebs out there thinking outside the box like this?

Also note. We’re considering testing a few lightning wallets as trial and error. Ideally get a sense of the onboarding ease. Not married to WoS custodial.
Open to ideas on Point of Sale pitch for vendors. Any experience there as a vendor I would love to hear it.
You also could be an exchange for fiat to bitcoin at those Farmers market for those who want to pay in bitcoin they pay you and you then fiat pay the farmers it’s a cheap way of stacking sats with no exchange fee

From personal experience
the transaction in #sats (so instantly and quickly with #LN) in combination with the purchase of a product is revealing for someone who has no idea about #bitcoin.
He immediately understands that it is "digital cash"
You could set up 2 stands one across from the other. 😁
One will offer free coffee but with payment only in bitcoin. That's where the #plebchain would be (maybe also a banner 😆)
The other stand will offer free installation of a LN wallet with an initial bonus of as many satoshi as the price of the coffee (it will represent the #developers).
This way, at the next local market you can easily introduce them and #nostr
