I have a #dogstr dilemma… The old, black female I have fed sometimes probably has late stage cancer, with big and sometimes bleeding lumps all over…

Now I don’t think a vet would be a sure, best solution, even if I could finance that, she does have people feeding her regularly, and probably regards that street as her home.

Weed is legal here, so I’be been thinking of lacing some of the beef she really likes with a few drops of what I use myself to keep fatigue and extreme pain at bay, it should work!

Any ideas would be appreciated, I might also try out some of the cough syrup with opium tincture here too… Maybe cook both down to a mixed syrup, only problem is that this process turns it into something illegal haha…

Edible cannabis products should be sufficient to give her comfort. Doggos handle cannabis well. I sell CBD dog treats here in the store I work at. But CBD and THC together is much more effective.

5mg per 10 lbs of body weight is a good dose to start with for doggos of they're in pain. Sounds like she might need a little bit stronger though.

Gotta wing it a bit, will try to calculate a bit from what I have, but also unsure of how much of the food she actually eats…

The last time I fed her she didn’t eat any of it, she was that confused…

Yeah she is in baaaad shape… But still owns herself as street dogs so here, that is the thing that I feel that I really have to keep in mind!

The ONE time I drive there specifically with a prepared pork skewer she was gone of course haha…

Will probably be back when the sun is less intense, kept the skewer of course, but who knows how much will be left in it

I'd be careful with meds for humans, as mine (and I guess yours) knowledge of chemistry and biology might rather poison the dog in some way. Instead of weed with THC how about just CBD? Not sure if the oil will do, but maybe daily in a month it'll bring relief. If she's late stage cancer, I'd go for higher dose of cbd and thc just as a bonus - thc might be the solution more towards the end.🤔

I do have _some_ CBD oil left, might try that out yes… But the price here is off the chart, also I think that just using the whole weed might work better…

Maybe a mix to start with!

And of course this is microdosing, then maaaaybe more if it works well
