you could just sell people on the open market and stop pretending. oh wait! that's the bitcoin "coins"/"tokens" goal right? human identities are the coins/tokens. collect all digital data for an entire lifetime of stalking a person, then make sure you cap them and get their neural net by end of life - along with dna, ancestry, images etc. instead of a dating app: human stock. it's basically what happens anyway. (that's sarcastic - obviously it's ridiculous to build an app to compete with backend meta, ebay, wayfair, walmart, costco, etc etc etc). meta being the apex model for buying and selling and rating people anyway.

bitcoin is an ideological realization of the long-held elite belief only prime humans deserve to live and serve the universal purpose. it's all well and good to consider it a tool, but not while pretending it's not a bounty hunting model with an end goal of eradicating human populations in favor of a "supreme race" of designer human specimens mind controlled by an inorganic tuning system.
