GM!

I had to spend several days away from my home for Hubby's medical procedure and I hated every second of it. I don't know if it's because I moved around so much as a kid but I am a terribly set in my ways homebody. I don't even like this apartment but I am so glad to be back in it.

I don't even enjoy travel for vacations to nice places anymore.🥲

Traffic, hotels, strange food, crowds, just the worst. Not getting on a plane willingly ever again.

Going to whistle through housework this weekend, grateful to be in my place while still plotting to GTFO to a better one.

Thanks Beej. He has some gut issues and isn't as young as he used to be. IMHO his issues were exacerbated by the statins they put him on years ago. Thankfully that trip should be it for a while.

They're the worst. I hate how right I was about him taking them.

Even after they actually put him through a heart catheterization and found zero build up in his arteries, they still wanted to put him on cholesterol meds. He finally told them no but they still bring it up.

VA doctors are mental.
