I don’t use my email much anymore since it’s all spam, but one simple fix could be sending an email back and making them solve a captcha before it is delivered to your inbox 😆

No one has my email address. I create one every time I need to give one out using simple login. Spam only gets to me once before I block it.

I did this too but its very annoying giving a new email each time. Im resorting to not giving an email at all. If a service requires it I sometimes choose not to create an account at all. Thats what is great with Nostr. No KYC required.
